Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WCINU.BET (the "Platform"), including the website at wcinu.bet and the Telegram bot @WCINUbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where prediction markets or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited.

3. Nature of the Platform

WCINU.BET is a decentralized prediction market built on the Solana blockchain. The Platform allows users to place predictions on World Cup 2026 outcomes using SOL (Solana's native token).

• $WCINU is a memecoin with no expectation of financial return.
• Predictions involve risk. You may lose the entirety of your wagered amount.
• The Platform does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.

4. Wallet & Account

You interact with the Platform by connecting a Solana wallet (such as Phantom) or via the Telegram bot. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. The Platform does not store or have access to your private keys when using wallet-connect mode.

5. Predictions & Settlement

• Markets are settled based on real-world outcomes using a multi-source oracle with consensus verification.
• A 30-minute dispute window follows each settlement for error correction.
• The team reserves the right to void or refund markets in cases of data feed failure, event cancellation, or disputed outcomes.
• Once settled, payouts are final and processed on-chain.

6. Fees

• A platform fee (take rate) is applied to winning payouts. The current rate is 3%, with discounts for $WCINU holders.
• Fee distribution: 50% to $WCINU stakers, 30% to the team, 20% to buyback & burn.
• Fee rates may change. Current rates are always visible at wcinu.bet/docs and wcinu.bet/transparency.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to manipulate market outcomes or exploit bugs for unfair gain.
• Use automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Impersonate other users or create fraudulent referral chains.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of the WCINU team. The $WCINU token and prediction market mechanics are community-driven.

9. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of oracle data, or the value of $WCINU.
• We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain congestion, smart contract bugs, wallet compromise, or third-party service failures.
• WCINU.BET is not affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any national football association.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WCINU team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or our Telegram community. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. World Cup Prediction Competition

During the World Cup 2026 season, WCINU.BET runs an optional prediction competition with an on-chain prize pool, governed by these additional terms.

• Season window. The competition runs from World Cup kickoff (June 11, 2026) through the day after the final (July 20, 2026). Only predictions placed within this window count.
• Scoring. Ranking is by a volume-weighted score: the total SOL staked on predictions that settle as wins during the season. Net profit is used only as a secondary tiebreak.
• Eligibility. Only predictions of 0.2 SOL or more count, and a wallet must place at least 15 qualifying predictions to be prize-eligible. Participating wallets must pre-date the start of the season.
• Prize. A fixed prize floor is escrowed on-chain in a public wallet before the competition is advertised, plus a 15% share of realized competition-period platform fees paid after settlement. The escrow wallet address is published on the leaderboard. We never advertise a prize larger than the amount verifiably locked on-chain.
• Distribution. At season end the top 10 eligible wallets split the prize pool; the #1 wallet also receives a KOL collaboration slot. Final standings are determined at settlement.
• Anti-abuse. Team, insider, and project-affiliated wallets are excluded. Top finishers are reviewed for wash trading, sybil / multi-account farming, and collusion; entries in breach are disqualified. We reserve the right to withhold or adjust prizes where abuse is detected.
• Jurisdictions. The competition is void where prohibited. Wallets associated with restricted jurisdictions (including the United States) are excluded from prizes.
• Transparency. Prize payouts are published on-chain after the final.
